Barbecue Thank You
The barbecue fundraiser at Reelsboro United Methodist Church went very well today. Ali and I would like to thank everyone who participated — those who purchased plates, those who helped prepare and deliver plates, and those who made donations. The proceeds will help offset the costs of Adela’s hospitalization earlier this year and her continued therapies. Please continue to keep Adela in your thoughts and prayers.

I wanted to drop you a line to let you know that my wife and I purchased two barbecue plates that were delivered to her at work today. I wanted to thank you for the delicious food, we really enjoyed them!
I also wanted you to know that I was deeply touched by the card inside of my plate. It is truly amazing that all of you worked so hard to pull all of this together and our heartfelt thoughts as well as prayers go out with best wishes for Adela and her family.
I realize that we have never met, however, I just wanted you know to that I felt compelled to send you this note.
Adela sounds like a very special person and she is blessed to have the love from her family and freinds to take of her and give her the love as well as support that she needs. She is truly blessed and God smles on all of you for the love that you shine on her……
If there is anything that I can do or if there is something special that Adela wants or needs, something special for Christmas that would make her smile and happy please let me know.
We have a 9 year son with Autisum and he is the love of our life! Our children are very special and I will keep Adela in my prayers. Always remember….. good things come in small packages and Adela is an angel.
