Expecting
Adela is very excited about us expecting some babies.
ha ha – just veggie babies 🙂
Cucumber
Cantaloupe

And here is the main section of our garden (However eggplant and sweet potatoes are grown in the bed next to this). This bed grows tomatoes, cucumbers, watermelons, and cantaloupes. We grow all our vine veggies as climbing vines to save on space. They do great -you’d be surprised the size of watermelons you can get five feet in the air (that is a mass of watermelon and cantaloupe vines on the right). The entire left side of this photo is the tomato section and it is one humongous plant (about the size of a refrigerator!)

Ali, Aren’t you the sly one…You are even trying to fool the GiGi…Adela looks so lovely in her favorite color to begin her first day of school…I do wish her the very best with all of her school work.
Adela, do study with goals in mind and now (GiGi’s sound advice) Never, never give up with any goal you are trying for…You can do anything that you put your mind to….
