A small step in the right direction
We got through the night without having to pack up and move to the PICU. The lab results are all either improving slowly or staying the same. The plan for the next few days is to just focus on nutrition (from TPN via her central line), antibiotics, and rest. We’ll post an update if anything changes.

This post is encouraging because there is slow improvement. Adela and her family were lifted up in prayer this morning at RUMC. We continue to trust that improvement will continue and that her intestines will begin healing and that her blood will return to normal. Love you.
